Snoozy (formerly Baby Wake Window) is designed for parents and caregivers to log sleep activity, view patterns, receive estimated wake-window guidance, share access with family members, and manage related account features.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may share it, and what choices users have.

The service is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers. It is not intended for use by children on their own.

- Authentication credentials and related security tokens

Baby Profile Information
- Baby's name
- Baby's birthday
- Optional profile photo if enabled
Sleep and Prediction Information
- Sleep start and end times
- Timer events
- Notes entered by the user
- Wake-window estimates, confidence labels, and related prediction logs
Family Sharing Information
- Family group name
- Invite codes
- Membership status and related family-sharing activity
Device and App Information
- Push notification token
- Device model and operating system version
- App version, build number, locale, and timezone
- Last active timestamp
User-Submitted Content
- Tips submitted by users
- Whether a tip was submitted anonymously
- Reactions and comments related to tips
Support, Safety, and Abuse-Prevention Information
- Information needed to investigate misuse, fraud, unsafe content, or policy violations

How We Use Information
- Create and maintain accounts
- Authenticate users and keep the service secure
- Store and sync baby profiles and sleep logs
- Generate and improve wake-window estimates and confidence labels
- Enable family sharing and cross-device sync

How Family Sharing Works
If a user joins a family group, certain account-linked baby and sleep information may be visible to other approved members of that family group so the feature can work as intended. Users should only invite people they trust to view and manage shared baby information.
How We May Share Information
- With service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, messaging, customer support, and notification vendors
- With platform providers such as Apple when needed to process subscriptions, purchases, or app distribution features
- With other authorized family-group members when the user enables or joins family sharing
- If required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, children, caregivers, and the service
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Health, Wellness, and Sensitive Information
Sleep logs, baby birth dates, and related inferences may be considered sensitive by users or under some laws. We use this information to operate the service and provide app features. The app is intended as a wellness and informational tool for caregivers. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain sync, backup, security, audit, and abuse-prevention functions, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Account Deletion and User Choices
Users may request account deletion through the app where available. When an account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information associated with that account, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or similar legitimate purposes.
Users may also:
- Review and update certain profile information in the app
- Manage notification permissions through device settings
- Manage subscriptions through Apple account settings
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International and State Privacy Rights
Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights to access, delete, correct, or receive information about how personal information is handled.
Children's Privacy
The service is intended for adults managing baby-related information. It is not intended for children to use independently. If we learn that we collected personal information in a way that requires additional parental notice or consent under applicable law, we will take appropriate action.
